There are several resources to encourage and promote Disadvantage and Minority Businesses, here is the short list of some useful places:

1. Department of General Services (GSA)

-Get certified as a Small Business or a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise

-Procurement resources for the State of California

-Locate current contracts

2. Minority Business Development Agency

-Provides certification, loans, bidding opportunities.

-Locate bids that are currently underway

-Partner with other companies and post opportunities

3. California Unified Certification Program (CUCP)

-Locate and/or register as a DBE or ACDBE and you will be accepted by all USDOT recipients in the state of California.

4. U.S. Small Business Administration

-They offer training, counseling, loans, and a host of other resources.

-Locate SBA businesses in your area.
